About the event
Welcome to Our Super power within, an introduction to Mental Training in four (4) parts. Together we will explore how Mental Traning can help us get more out of life, whether it is performing better at your sport/at work, or dealing with everyday life in general.
In an interactive, easy and fun way, we will work with our own personal development plan for a better life. With dreams, focus, and goals, big or small. Just because we can and we want to, for a better world from the inside out. It all starts with ourselves.
This intro course is free and contains 4 workshops.
The workshops will be via Zoom and you will be needing a phone or computer with internet connection.
You will need pen and paper for notes and for assignments between workshops.
Each workshop will be about 60 minutes and course material will be sent to you via email before each workshop.
The workshops will be held in English.
