Welcome to Yoga for stress relief and better sleep. An intro course in three (3) parts.
During the course you will be introduced to a simple flow of movements to help you release tension and bring your body and mind to a more relaxed state. We will be exploring simple postures and breathing exercises. Beginners and all levels can benefit.
You will get a few helpful tools to help you quiet a busy mind, and learn how to apply these for improved sleep and less tension.
This intro course is free and contains 3 workshops.
The workshops will be via Zoom and you will be needing a phone or computer with internet connection.
You will need comfortable clothes and a yoga mat (or similar).
Each workshop will be about 60 minutes.
The workshops will be held in English.
